The SAT ( Nov. 5) and ACT (Oct. 22) tests are right around the corner, and many teens and parents don’t realize that college admissions committees consider these scores the most important criteria in reviewing a student’s college application. The tutors have students take the practice tests in the guides and then they drill down into those problems students missed to find out why they missed them, the concept behind the problems they need to know, and how they can correctly answer similar questions on the actual tests.
